1. Creamy Chicken Alfredo Penne
Ingredients
- 200 g penne pasta
- 300 g chicken breast, sliced
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt & black pepper
- Fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
Cook the penne until al dente and reserve a little pasta water.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and juicy.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
Add heavy cream and parmesan, stirring until smooth.
Add the penne and chicken, then mix until creamy. Use pasta water if needed.
2. Penne Bolognese with Ground Beef
Ingredients
- 200 g penne pasta
- 300 g ground beef
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook the penne until al dente.
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Mix with penne and finish with parmesan.

Ingredients
- 200 g penne pasta
- 300 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Juice of 1/2 lemon

- Fresh parsley
Instructions
Cook the penne and reserve some pasta water.
Sauté garlic in olive oil and butter.
Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink.
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Mix with penne and finish with parsley.

Ingredients
- 200 g penne pasta
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 40 g parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
Cook the penne until al dente.
Sauté garlic in olive oil.
Add tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the cream and parmesan until smooth.
Add the penne and mix until well coated.

Ingredients
- 250 g penne pasta
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt & black pepper
Instructions
Cook penne until slightly underdone.
Mix with tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place in a baking dish and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.

- 40 g parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cook the penne and reserve pasta water.
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook until golden and juicy.
Add butter, cream, and parmesan to the pan.
